Royal Mail Wholesale's application for modifications to Zonal Access pricing

Today Royal Mail Wholesale has published on its website an application to modify Condition 21:5(b)(ii) of its licence following its consultation to make changes to zonal access pricing. Postcomm will consider this application, and expects to publish a consultation on proposals in due course.
