Postcomm issues new licence to Mr Wesley Pollock (trading as Scotpost)

Postcomm has today issued a new licence to Mr Wesley Pollock, a sole trader, trading as Scotpost.

The licence takes into account the requirements of the new licensing framework that came into force on 1 January 2006, as amended in January 2008.
